For whatever reason they argued with me about my address on my ID, even after i tried to explain that I had recently moved and hadn't updated my DL quite yet, but the credit card I used is in fact my own (hence my name on the card). When i offered to use an alternate card (one that still had my old address on file, to match my DL) he refused. When i offered my husbands DL and credit card (that have current and matching adresses) he refused. When i asked for an explination all he would say is that its the "motel policy" weird, because when i booked the room online i didnt see any mention of ANY policy regarding guest addresses listed on their req'd ID.... sounds alot like some shady made up BS to me"
