Better than I expected - the room was, well roomy. It had a nice balcony on the river and the breakfast was varied, tasty, and plentiful even close to the end of the time they were serving (believe me, as non-morning people I've seen some sparce 'buffets' by the time we go to eat). Service was very good - people are friendly and helpful. There's a conference center with restaurant attached if you need food or entertainment and honestly several others within a 2 minute walk. The location is great to walk around Oswego. It's not a luxury hotel, but I'd say the next best thing.

Our flight was late getting in, so we arrived around midnight… The front desk starts approaching and started the process before we even walked inside. The desk clerk said she figured we were running late and wanted to make it a smooth process so she could for us check in took minutes and we were in our room within 5 mins. great service, friendly, and very personable.
