"Everything was amazing. Would definitely stay there again. Would live to have a longer stay."

"The service was abysmal. I enjoy staying in hotels during the summer, but I had a truly terrible experience during my stay; the staff’s treatment was very poor. We booked four rooms, but what we received was nothing like what we had reserved. Upon arrival, I requested that the rooms be located near one another, but I was told that wasn’t possible. There was a great deal of racism directed toward Hispanics. The breakfast was nothing like what was shown in the hotel’s photos, and the shower water...

"The property is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is friendly, breakfast is good, but the coffee is terrible!!!"

"So clean!"

"Staff very helpful, rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great everything was fresh and hot unlike many free breakfast hotels that after 8:30 don’t replenish. Would definitely recommend."

"Our unit was very nice. The only exception was the air vents. They were filthy. The second night I had a hard time breathing. I took a Clorox wipe and cleaned the vents myself. The furnace vent was about an inch thick with dust and dirt along with dead bugs. I did mention it to the rep at the front desk at check out, but he didn’t seemed fazed by it. Otherwise it was a nice place."

"Great hotel but starting to get dated in the halls."

"Pancakes or waffles are a necessity for kids. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn express, and there were none of either"

"Very clean room and very good breakfast"

"Great customer service"

"Más opción en el breakfast."
