"The building is old and certainly hasn’t been updated but the staff was so nice and it was clean. Foam bed was comfortable but they could use some new pillows."

"The light above the sink only worked when it felt like it. The bathtub was dirty all around the drain. The drain looked a little green. There was a clock but it didn't work. The TV was a ROKU and evidently not hooked up to anything. No phone if I needed a wake up call. When we returned the door would not open...only flashed red...had to find someone to get the door open. There was an ironing board in the bathroom...no iron. No coffee pot. I don't know if I would have used it anyway. The bed skirt was very poorly shoved into the mattress bottom. Breakfast was poor...could not find butter for toast...or for biscuits...there was gravy for the biscuits. Plates were styrofoam and the utensils were small white and looked like the kids should use them. The girl at the desk was nice. I don't think I would have a return visit."

"The carpet in our room had a large stain and I believe it could use a deep cleaning. There was only one washcloth in the room when we checked in and I requested four more and only got one. The pool didn’t have any water in it, however, we weren’t planning on using it due to the weather. The Wi-Fi was less than ideal as I switched my phone back to 5G and had better access. All in all I would give them a 2.5 out of 5."

"Stayed in room 312. Super clean. Not a fancy place, but very clean, beg was very comfortable and place was quiet. Would definitely stay again."

Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks

"The room and service was great. My only complaint is that is very difficult to unload and unload. Both myself and my 3vyear old grandaughter fell in rocks on sidewalks before we could make it to the room. There was nothing to load luggage on. We had 4 kids so it was multiple trips. It is difficult to get to rooms due to lots of steps, rocks and blocked areas close to water park. It was pouring when we left and we got soaked because of the distance to the room and inability to pull up closer to entrance. The rides back and forth to destinations on golf carts were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and so reasonable. The older lady who waited on us was the best waitress ever. She was so friendly and the kids loved her. Food at the LandShark was not good and overpriced for the quality. The Waterpark was nice though a $5 discount is not much if you are staying there. Great Wolf Waterpark is FREE if you are a guest. The kids enjoyed the pizzeria the arcade and bowling as well. Overall it was a good time once we got into the room."

"The room at Days Inn at Osage Beach, Mo. was very clean but the Breakfast had some issues. The scrambled eggs collected to much condensation and the sausage gravy was too watery."

"You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep."
