"The condition of this property was actually great, we stayed at a couple of other budget inns in the area. By all account this is nice. The showers were clean and not some stage of repair, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. I discussed this with the general manager before we actually booked the room, he said "We are dated and we are old, but WE ARE CLEAN". Truth said. We looked at the pool which was clean with people enjoying it. Try this the next stay you book at the Lake Of The Ozarks."

"Room was very clean. I loved that it had no carpet! Hot August days and the AC worked great. Although, the pool had only 2 lounge chairs and needed replaced. Pool was clean and inviting. Front desk staff was super. Will definitely stay there again."

"The room was perfect for our family, the view of the lake from our balcony was beautiful! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also really enjoyed swimming and fishing off of the floating dock and having numerous gas bbq grills for our use. Our only downside was the hot tub was broken and the heater for the pool was also broken down, which made swimming a little cold. But those were only minor inconveniences! Would absolutely stay there again!"

"Staff was nice. Room wasn't the cleanest but it was ok. Coffee pot was missing in our room. Some thug probably stole it. Who knows. But I would stay there again. If you want freedom over luxury at a good price this is your place. Enjoyed the pool and the lake view. If you want a good lake view make sure you get one of the rooms on the top level. The lack of bed bugs warmed my heart. Thank you Hawks nest!"
