The sheets were both dirty and stained, the corner of one of the mattress had blood stains on it, the nightstand had hard glue or something on it, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, the fabric chair had stains all over it and the floors throughout were not clean."

"Stayed for 2 nights as we were in town for a swim meet, property is brand new, extremely clean and lobby and all common areas smelled amazing. Very well maintained, pool area and fitness center were fantastic. Breakfast was good with typical standard items you'd expect like eggs, potatoes, cereal, bagels etc. Located centrally to shopping areas, this property is across the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets with several activities for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. "

Needless to say, I will no longer be using this hotel in the future. Due to extreme weather conditions and tornadoes in Michigan, flights were canceled and travel plans had to be adjusted. They were inflexible and charged me for one night when it wasn’t used. Hotels.com made the original reservation and reached out to the administrative staff at the Kingsley Inn, who still stood firm and did not offer a room credit for a future use. I was not looking for my money back. I was simply trying to rebook the room in the future. I’m sure that there are other hotels that would appreciate my business."
