"Location. Room was clean. Staff was friendly"

"The room was the weirdest layout I had ever seen in my life. There was the main door from outside that led to 2 doors A and B for each room number. Ok. Then we went into our room and there was the typical set up bed, night stand, tv. Ok. Then there was a door I assumed bathroom. Nope. The was another room with 2 more beds, and there was the bathroom door. The second room with the 2 beds had the air conditioning not the room you first walk into. Catch the room with the AC didn’t have the TV. So...

"We stayed here the weekend of the hurricane 9/24-9/26! When the trip started we had to suddenly change out of another hotel in town when we discovered less than sanitary conditions there. Bay Breeze took us in (when we were exhausted, sad and frustrated at the previous hotel) at the last minute and gave us a spotlessly clean room at a reasonable rate. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful! We are so grateful to them, and will definitely be back next year! Thank you Bay Breeze <3"

"Not as clean as I thought it would be. Very limited parking spots ."

"Room clean but Coverlets need updating, the bones of the bathroom and bedroom were good. Bath floor had wow, marble tiles, room tile floor good. Old palm wall paper appropriate for beach town, but cover/bedspreads do not match wall borders, this is a very easy fix with new coverlets in sage green or just plain tan. Where the bath wall meets the marble tile needs a regrouting with white grout b/c the dark grout makes it look dirty. But bath and shower were very clean. Wall art should be...

"Close to the beach , clean and very friendly staff"

"Place was close to the beach and other stores and restaurants."

"The TV did not work."

"Comfortable and better than we expected for an older motel. Bagels and coffee for breakfast were very good. Staff was excellent."

"Consider having 24 hr. coffee self-service Bar. Consider having a limited breakfast all week, when a full breakfast is not available."

"We actually ended up staying at the owner 's other property next door. It was a nice upgrade. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable. We had to turn the heat on, as we were there off season. It worked well. My only complaint was the microwave. It was very difficult to use because the turntable area was rusted. Once we figured out the secret of getting it to work it was fine. Water pressure wasn't the greatest, but the water was hot. We would stay there...
