"Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful. "We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"

"On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. "Nice bungalow but a little smelly and always some water under the tiles on the bathroom floor, that should be repared, probably the cause of the smell.. pools are nice but not heated! Nice view but no view from them, if I had known I wouldn’t have paid extra for a bungalow"

"Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."

"Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen: Sauberes, modernes Zimmer, super freundliches Personal, fantastisches Essen und tolle Getränke. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und die Pools sind sehr schön (es gibt auch eine Quite Pool Area). Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und das Städtchen auch gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche hier und wollen unbedingt wieder hinfahren!"

Very good breakfast, upscale buffet. Terrific a-la-carte restaurants with exceptional staff. Nice spa and excellent massages (Maria and George). Only one downside : a very slow check-in process.
