"WOW!!!! 10/10! Absolutely AMAZING!!! We booked a villa for our family of 5 and it was enough room to spread out so we could all have space. It was clean, and no detail was missed. The staff caters to their clients and communicaton was quick. I wish we would have had more time, as we were ony here 3 nights. The villa is in Orilinki, which is about 20 mins from the BEST beaches in Ayai Napa. You have to drive from the residence to get to groceries, restaurants, etc. However, it was all worth it!!!...

"Having lived in larnaka for 10 years previously, This property was better than other hotels at double the price in the area.
Fantastic views, swimming pool (brand new) . Quiet ,yet close enough to bars and restaurant. All in all a fantastic stay. "

"A terrible stay. So shameful, we escaped and checked out after the first half an hour because of how dirty the place was. Very badly maintained, very unclean, mild everywhere, cockroaches were all around the property, sheets were dirty, staff not very kind!"

"This is not just an angry visitor complaining as there unfortunately was a lot of issues.
Not clean: Spots on the floor, glasses poorly washed and found hair in the room.
Room: Was generally of poor quality, like you could see how the floor was breaking apart.
General notes: No English tv channels only some Greek and Russian. There was a lot of construction outside, had to sleep with earplugs. The hotel shouldn’t put anyone on the first floor, when the noise from outside is so high.
Breakfast:...

"This is a small, clean, convenient and very friendly hotel.
The rooms are nice and very well maintained. Breakfast is tasty and healthy. Location is just right for the Larnaca corniche (promenade).
The staff are super firendly and very helpful.
BTW, if you are driving, there is a car park within walking distance that charges EUR3/day!"
