"Otel odamız güzel ve temizdi. Kahvaltı da yeterliydi. Otel işlek bir caddeye sıfır konumda. Maalesef otopark yok. Çalışanlar kendi otoparkımız var diyerek arabayı 150-200 metre uzaklıktaki bir sokak arasına çekiyorlar istediğinizde alıp getiriyorlar 5 dakika içerisinde. Küçükmbir termal havuzı da var fakat havuz kısmı aşırı loş. Otel arap turist ağırlıklı. "
"Good value for your money, next to a park. The room was nice. The 24/7 outdoor/indoor pool at the hotel was very nice as well. Staff is friendly though if you don't speak Turkish a translator might come in handy. Not many dining options near the hotel, though the kebab restaurant next to the hotel was excellent. "

"The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."
