"The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. "The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Lovely large2 bed/2 ba apartment. Spaious and clean center of old Dubrovik. Wish westayed here more than one nite. Short walk from Pile gate only stairs was one flight inside theapartment. Center of everything!!! Will definitely stay here again. Easy check in, key provided, , great communication, alloweda late check out, arranged airport tansfer. Loved this placeand highly recommend!"

"Cozy room on third floor (no elevator so travel light!), room was bright and clean with coffee/tea and a mini fridge, quiet area but near to core district. Not sure if any staff is usually on-site, communication was by email Shower was unfortunately broken and drain clogged so that was frustrating. I did report it and they said it would be repaired the next morning but I was already leaving. Not sure if / why not the previous guest reported it..."

"Fabulous property. Perfect location in old town, the owners communicated the location and access well and were happy to store our luggage as we had an early arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent, and the balcony was a treat, including the neighbours music practice. Enjoyed a great nights sleep after exploring the Old Town. Would definitely recommend."

"Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...
