The location is absolutely fantastic—super convenient to the theme parks, restaurants, and stores. That alone was the biggest highlight of our stay.
We went in with low expectations based on the price, and while the hotel served its purpose, it definitely needs some serious attention. The bathtub looked recently refitted and was the only thing in the room (or hotel, honestly) that wasn’t rusted or dirty. Everything else—from the worn linens to the broken or missing fixtures—made the room feel run down and unkempt.
When we arrived, the TV cable was cut and the remote had no batteries. The AC unit was missing the front cover (we managed to pop it back on, but it rattled loudly all night). The door handle in the bathroom was barely hanging on, and maintenance throughout the building felt neglected.
They did send someone to fix the TV cable, but he showed up in jeans and a t-shirt with no ID or uniform. While he was polite and helpful, it felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional—not something you'd expect in a place prioritizing guest safety.
The bed linens had some stains and tears, but at least they were clean. The rest of the room and hotel common areas were dirty, damaged, and poorly maintained, as seen in the attached photos.
All in all, I wouldn’t complain for the price we paid, but I do wish the property had better upkeep and some management presence. If someone invested in cleaning and caring for the place, it could really be a hidden gem.
