"I enjoyed this resort very much. I got early check in once I arrived. Staff was very attentive. The dining options were not too great. The in-room dining was more appealing, but I opted out due to the extreme service charge. I enjoyed the amenities, boardwalk, arcade, pool. One thing I would recommend to this company is having better accommodation for transport especially if you are staying at the resort, at least a discounted price, as I used the shuttle for majority of this trip since I am not a Florida native. "

"It was an absolute amazing time, especially if you have small kids. There is a chunky Cheese onsite, if you don’t want to buy a game card, the kids can play in the jungle gym area for free. There is a poolside bar, free Cabanas (first come first serve), even restaurants and Starbucks onsite. The staff were great, we forgot to pack toothpaste, someone brought us free Colgate to the room, we didn’t have to go down to get it. So many food options within a 5 minute drive if you want to dine off site. If not just stay and lounge around and dine and play and never leave until check out. We definitely will be back. "

"My son and I stayed here for our Universal vacation. I was able to buy discounted tickets to the park right on the property. Our room was clean and updated. It looked way better than the out dated photos. The pools are convenient. They have ample parking spaces and I highly recommend renting a car because the villas are driving distance from the check in building. They do offer golf cart pickup to drive you where you need to go on the resort. I didn’t like that the water park wasn’t included with the stay. It’s currently $25/pp. that’s even for children — download the app to get the loyalty discount. "
