Bad customer Service location great!!!!

The location was very nice the house was awesome had everything we needed, but the customer service from Fairway Florida villas was not so good. The A/C did not reach the first floor room so most of the time it was hot in that room, the second floor bedroom had a leak thru the window so when it rained the water came thru leaving puddles of water in the room, the washer machine broke and could not get fixed in time I had to fight to get clean towels.

建物はまだ新しく、生活に必要な設備は一通りそろった部屋でした。大型冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、オーブン、食器洗浄機、コーヒーメーカー、ジューサー、電気コンロが装備されてます。食器、コップ、スプーン、フォーク、ナイフ、まな板、包丁、栓抜き、ワインオープナー、缶切り、など全く不自由ありません。洗濯機、乾燥機も部屋の中にあります。バスタオル、フェーズタオル、ハンドタオルも数日は洗濯しなくてもいいくらいの枚数がありました。自分で用意したものは、洗濯用洗剤、食器洗浄用洗剤、シャンプー、ボディシャンプーなどのバスグッズ、補充用のトイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパータオル、補充用のフェイシャルティシューとトイレットペーパーくらいです。１日２５ドルのベッドメイキングは頼みませんでしたので、様子はわかりません。 施設内には、スイミングプール、テニスコート、バスケットコート、ジム、レストランなどがありました。長期滞在している方は利用しているようでしたが、１０日間滞在の私は利用する機会はありませんでした。

Excellent vacation.

Perfect stay. The home was spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed. Beautiful pool, awesome game room with pool table, air hockey, and basketball. Very comfortable. Easy check in. No issues whatsoever.

Really nice place, great for families

We have stayed in time share condos before, but this was our first round at a vacation villa, and I have to say, we were very pleased. The community was gated, and thus was quiet, and safe for walking around. The unit we had was very clean upon check in. All the reviews we read talked about no toilet paper, and they are right. These places don't come stocked with t.p, so plan accordingly, but the place was very well stocked otherwise. Nice supply of dishes, utensils, and even some kids dvd's, and games. The private pool had a fence around it, that is required to be there. We didn't love it at first, but quickly realized it was nice to have, given we have a 18 month old with us! We really enjoyed our stay, and thought the place was great. Our only complaint would be that the mattress's need some upgrading. Not the worst mattress we have slept on, but certainly could use some new one's. The location is very convenient, not super close to disney, but close enough (about 25 minutes to the parks). We would certainly stay here again. All said and done-a great experience.

Loved It

Me and my whole family loved the home. We felt extremely comfortable, the home was immaculate clean. Everything that we needed was there.The office staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful. We will use them again for our next vacation. Highly recommend Florida fairways villas.

Holiday

The villa was easy reached and some starter things in so at least you could have coffee on arrival. There was a small commute to the Disney area and Universal about 15 minute drive. Enjoyed the Villa very much.

Geräumige Ferienhaus in ruhiger, sicherer Lage

Das Haus entsprach den Beschreibungen und Bildern von Fairways. Unannehmlichkeiten/Meldungen wurden von der Verwaltung schnell und unbürokratisch gelöst. Die Ausstattung war für ein Ferienhaus ungewöhnlich gut. Elektrische Geräte waren auf neuem Stand und funktionierten tadellos. Ein fehlender Föhn wurde sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine defekte Kaffemaschine wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Das Haus besitzt 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Der Masterbedroom ist relativ geräumig mit angeschlossenem, großen Badezimmer. Das Bett (Boxspring) ist außergewöhnlich hoch. Die restlichen Schlafzimmer sind funktionell, aber nicht geräumig. Das 3. Bad (Dusche mit Waschbecken) ist mit Zugang zum Pool. Der Pool erscheint klein, ist aber mit 10 x 10 m ausreichend zur Erfrischung. Poolliegen stehen leider nur 2 Stück zur Verfügung. Für weitere Liegen währe auch nicht ausreichend Platz um den Pool. Der Freisitz am Pool ist mit einem runden Bartisch mit 4 Stühlen und einen kleineren Tisch mit 2 Sesseln ausgerüstet. Der Freisitz ist überdacht, somit Regen- und Windgeschützt. Eine max. Belegung des Hauses mit 10 Personen sehen wir aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten kritisch. Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, wobei dies mehr auf die Schlampigkeit der Putzkolonne zurückzuführen ist und nicht den sonst sehr guten Service von Fairways wiederspiegelte. Im Umkreis befinden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Waren des täglichen Lebens. Attraktionen / Essen ca. 30 - 60 min entfernt.

Für eine "Villa" war diese Unterkunft ziemlich heruntergekommen. Meine 1. Bewertung hier wurde abgelehnt, da ich die "Schwachstellen" zu ausführlich erörterte. Ich belasse es jetzt einfach dabei.

Hus i nærheten av disneyworld.

Hus med privat svømmebasseng i nærheten av Disneyworld og diverse andre parker. Huset lå veldig sentralt til i forhold til mange attraksjoner. Huset var godt utstyrt med det du trenger.

Much nicer than your standard 2 bed hotel room

The house was as advertised. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and about 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. We had a minor algae problem with the swimming pool but the management took care of the problem promptly (but we still lost out on 2 days of swimming pool use while the pool filtered back to normal). The kids loved having the play room in the garage. We did have some very bad pool cues, but again the management replaced them promptly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only real issue I had was the day we were checking out. The checkout time is 10am and we were all packed and ready to go the night before so that we wouldn't be pressed for time on checkout day. We were casually relaxing and planning on leaving around 9:45am when we received a ring at the front door at 9:30am. It was the cleaning lady and she asked when we were planning on leaving. I told her in about 15 minutes and she looked disgusted and tried to explain that she needed to get in to clean the room at 10am. She and her family waited in the driveway while we hurried out of the house. It was just a strange pressured feeling to cap off a fairly nice week.

Great value, poor service

This condo was huge and well-laid-out, perfect for a combined business-leisure trip for myself, my husband and our 13-year-old son. We loved the full kitchen, everyone had their own bathrooms and the private pool was awesome. Our biggest beef was with the management company, who offered very poor customer service from day one, including not following up on our pre-registration paperwork (we had to chase them for the papers!), hitting us with random fees after booking (we were made to pay a ~$150 "damage waiver" that was NOT refundable, regardless of whether there WAS any damage or not, it was $28/ day to have the pool warmed and there were literally signs in every room, warning of $50 fees for this or that). I was most distressed by the lack of Internet, seemingly due to the management company and owners not being in synch about a changed login, which required my husband to spend 2 full days sitting around the condo, waiting for someone to come re-set the modem/ router. Also...to warn you...this condo development is pretty far off the beaten path, is half-developed, half-abandoned looking and may be a bit creepy for solo travelers!

Not comparable to a hotel

This was a nice alternative to a hotel during a recent business trip. However, when a property is listed on a hotel site, I expect it to have hotel amenities. This did not. No tissue, only the TP that was on the roll, no salt and pepper, paper towels, plastic wrap or tin foil. I've stayed in a lot of condos and never had to buy toilet paper before. On the other hand, the kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of bath towels and it was spacious, with lots of privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Just know you'll need to include some paper products on your first run to Publix. Also, the mattresses need to be replaced. Not horrible, just not hotel quality, and there are way too many really cheap florescent bulbs in the fixtures. But if you have a few kids and are going to Disney, this may be right for you.

A home in Central Florida away from home

We stayed in this property during the Thanksgiving week. Being a family of 6 we found the 4 rooms ample and suitable for everyone. Having other family in Florida we invited 6 of them over and had a wonderful turkey dinner there. The property we rented is actually in Calabay Park, close to Rd 27 and HWY4, a 20-25 min drive to Int'l Drive and the main attractions. Although clean, well kept and confortable, it was basic - none of the pictures shown here are from the actual property. There is a $20 fee for each day you want the pool heated, which is very nice anyway. Kitchen utensils and bedding needs are all there but you have to buy your own toileteries, salt / spices and coffee filters. TV cable is basic but watchable. Bring your DVDs and CDs if you have kids. We never saw the management but they were a phone call away. There are many other rental properties in Davenport at comparable prices some of which offer more for the same price. The neighborhood is very safe.

Amazing lost gem

This was the best vacation Villa i ever stayed at it was clean and in a very quiet area. Extremely happy to have visited there. Call before you arrive though.
