We responded to an ad that said this was a four star property. At best, I would give it two stars. The towells were tiny. There were no hangers in the room for our clothes. There was nothing about the room that communicated quality or sophistication. We are very disappointed. This was clearly a case of false advertising.

This is a bait and switch. First property is called The Enclave. Second, it's privately owned not by hotel. Third it doesn't look anything like the pictures. It's dirty, closet doors are hard to open and it only has a full size bed not queen despite the owner saying otherwise. Expedia bailed us out by allowing us to move hotels for free. Owner then blew up my phone accusing me a lying via text and about 5-6 calls. Only good thing is it is near Universal parks

Got to the hotel at 16.00 on a hot afternoon to be told i had no reservation in the hotel. Had to sit in very hot sun with a 10 year old child and ring for 5 hrs to resolve the issue .finally someone managed to find me somewhere at 11pm in the night ,all this after leaving tge uk at 06.00am that morning
