Lovely Rental Home

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. The owners team makes you feel very welcome and communicate very well. Home is located in a safe area and near several restaurants and shops. 10-15 minutes from the attractions yet far enough away to rest and relax. We love the Davenport area and would highly recommend definitely staying with this group. Great experience.

It was just ok. Was not as nice as the pictures. You could tell was a rental how beat up everything was. Rugs dirty, walls scuffs all over them, shower door didnt move and holes in couches. Location hard to get to. Constant backups on highway 4. What should be 20 min drive would be tripple that.

This was by far the worst property that I or my family have ever had the misfortune of staying at! Destroyed furnishings , No working internet, and Gas fumes from your apparent leak, rendering the pool area unusable . Side note, our front-side trash can was never emptied from the previous guest. My children and myself had to pass by a bin loaded with liquor bottles every time we entered and exited the property.
