I left an earring in the room and when I went back later in the day after checkout to pick up my bags, they had found it and put it in a little bag for me 🙂 thank you! Only downside is the building is quite loud, you can hear what's happening in other rooms/floors etc - however they provide earplugs and it wasn't too...

"I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...

"Easy check in and helpful staff. Hotel is like new but parking is a little out of the way. The room was clean and cozy but the bathroom did not have shower curtains and water went all over. Value for price was great."
