"Positives: -friendly staff -clean spacious rooms with large fridge/kitchen area -fantastic complimentary breakfast (chorizo was my favorite) Negatives: -management doesn’t care about retaining or assisting patrons when issues arise. My surgery was moved a week earlier than originally scheduled. Called the hotel 6 weeks ahead of my stay to see if they would help move my stay dates or refund my stay so I could reserve the previous week due to the change, they refused to be any help. Had to eat $700 for the original stay. Loved the hotel and friendly staff but will no longer be staying at Hilton hotels."

"Immaculately clean room, very spacious with a full refrigerator and was able to use freezer for cold packs. Easy parking, a coffee shop within walking distance, and many restaurants within a short drive on I15. Super comfortable beds and pillows, would 100% stay there again!"

"I was really bummed with our experience at this hotel. It was close & convenient for a walk to the UCCU for a concert, pretty much the only thing that was worth our short stay. We checked in around 5:30 pm, & were not there long before we left for the concert. Right when I walked into the bathroom, it smelled like pee. Underneath the toilet seat, there was pee underneath the lid. Behind the toilet there was also a wad of hair, & hair inside the shower which we had not used yet since we had just entered the room. The carpet by the beds had not been vacuumed, and on the floor by the mirror there was white powdery stuff on the floor. The room wasn’t too bad looking for an older hotel, but it definitely was not cleaned at all other than the beds being made. I hope that the bedding was changed before making the bed. The parking lot was very full & parking was not the best. There was a U-Haul with a trailer parked across multiple spots taking up the very few parking spots that were available. This should have been moved & parked back in the extra parking lot. I would not drive back in the parking lot furthest away from the hotel, there are big holes & dips that need to be filled. I was extremely upset after talking to the hotel “manager” when I had checked out that our room was disgusting & I even took pictures of what hadn’t been cleaned. He didn’t say much & said the white powdery stuff was paint, which it was not, & even if it was. Why was it not swept? Would not recommend!"

"My room was not clean when I arrived, dirty sheets and a dirty bathroom. I asked them to come clean and they only changed the sheets. I had to request two more cleanings for the bathroom. I will not stay here again. "
