"The rooms only had heat, but it was ok because even in late June, it was cool enough to keep the windows open. The room was small for our family of 4 but we were only there for 1 night. The pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The beach access was awesome."

"Room not ready at 6:30 pm after being told at 4:00 pm it would be ready in 20 minutes. We left without checking in."

"Beautiful property! Cozy & clean room. Surroundings were peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Only suggestion would be to have a full size ironing board, the mini one was too much of a hassle to use. Not a big deal though. Other than that we had a great stay and will definitely return!"

"The room smelled like dirty feet! The furniture was dingy with grease spots... The pool had a layer of scum and hair, the hot tub jets were broken. Such a disappointment."

"I'm surprised at how well reviewed this hotel is. There was some noticable damage on the ceiling in the room I had, and footsteps above were very audible. The murphy bed was not $300 a night comfortable, and there was not a convenient bedside light or place to plug things in. It does have a gorgeous view, is steps to the beach, and was clean, and I enjoyed the sauna, but for the price I would have expected something closer to luxury."

"Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."

"Location was great. We could get around to all of the interesting sites within 5 minutes. Room was very clean but a little outdated. Our bathroom sink looked it it had a crack at one point but was "fixed" using some sort of glue. It was functional but just looked bad. Breakfast was decent, my favorite was the eggs and sausage."

"The location is nice, but the hotel is pretty noisy and the carpet is ancient. It was walkable to town, though, and okay for a couple of nights for the price."

"Liked: Staff was very helpful. Pool and hot tub were inviting, attractive, and appeared clean. Pool towels were very soft. Breakfast was adequate, and selections changed day to day. Our room was quiet. Front entryway was comfortable with seating. Parking was convenient. Not so much: When staff took breaks together, they smoked, and due to building configuration, smoke drifted into walkways and guest rooms if doors were opened and then closed."

"I gave this 3 stars because when we got to the hotel room there was our pillow with white stains on it. The bed was super sunk in. We got moved to another room and the bed was the same very sunk in, this one had hairs in our jetted tub. The breakfast, every guest was complaining about because you can hardly call it breakfast, it was a great thought but not really breakfast. I get that the rooms are not going to be perfect, but when we go we maybe plan to stay at another hotel or ask to see the...
