Gorgeous location - gorgeous home. Breakfast was wonderful: cider, berries, eggs, bacon, whole-grain toast. Lots of amazing touches. Most beautiful bathroom I've EVER seen. It was all the beauty and elegance of a luxury hotel, with all the privacy and calm of a B&B. Fantastic views from the windows.

Beautiful large home with cozy feel that's 10-15 min away from New Era Field. Catherine is a gracious host and excellent cook! We took her up on the shuttle service she offers to get to the Bills game, which was very convenient. I wish we had more time to walk around her farm! I would highly recommend her Guest House

Great peaceful place to stay

Bed and breakfast

Very nice and clean home. You're welcomed at the door and escorted to your room. Breakfast was wonderful!

Wonderful

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful place. Our hostess was so friendly, gracious and accommodating. She went beyond. The bed is comfortable, the decor through out is amazing and homey. The breakfast was 4 star. The view and surrounding area is gorgeous. We will be back.

Amazing bed and breakfast on a beautiful 30 acres!

We had an amazing stay! They were very accommodating to our situation. We were earlier than check-in and they allowed us to park our car so we could go to the game. She offered to drive us to and from the game, with a price comparable to an uber or taxi. Which, she added to our bill at the end of our stay. Our bedroom was clean and extremely comfortable with a great view of the city right from our bed! Breakfast was delicious, with fresh eggs from the chickens on the farm. The property was beautiful and we had a great walk the next morning. We also took a tour of the cottage and the studio on the property and the other bedrooms in the guesthouse. We will definitely be back at any one of these rooms on the property. Almost every room in the guesthouse, cottage and studio had an amazing view! Of course, the hospitality was amazing. Amazing price and beautiful neighbourhood and scenery.

Highly Recommend staying here

The location was close to many amenities. The owner was extremely helpful in recommending places to go and even booked some of our reservations for us. The place was very spacious and felt like home. Breakfast in the morning was top notch, you will be extremely pressed to find a quality breakfast as we had here. Very friendly and helpful when it came to suggesting locations to visit while there. I will be back for sure and highly recommend anyone going to Buffalo NY to stay here. You will not regret it.

Close to the Buffalo Bills Stadium

Really nice BnB 15 minutes from Ralph Wilson Stadium, Now New Era Field. If you're going to a Bills game, this is an excellent place to stay. That said, it is on the outer edge of Orchard Park. You are not in town. It's a nice quiet get-away before the tail-gaiting party. Breakfast was really good.
