"Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Didn’t use the pool or fitness center. No breakfast available!"

"Absolutely an adorable B & B. The house is full of many antiques. Every inch of the house has art collections. The suite was charming and very spacious. The garden was spectacular. We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times."

"Price is too high for the size of room we were in. The general hotel is very nice and clean. The room was ok. Much more dated than the general hotel. Price we paid didn’t match the size and comfort of the room when compared to other hotels in the area. I’ve stayed here on and off for the last 15 years and prices are becoming unjustifiable. I will be looking at other options in the future."

"We stay every time we visit the falls! I’d never disappoints."

"Lovely room looking over the river (and the marathon start line!)"

"Decent"

"Always enjoy our stay at the HOJO. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Close to Clifton Hills and a nice walk to the Falls. Our favourites are the big hot tub and the nice pool. We’ll be back!"

"Great location, plenty of parking. Clean sheets and towels. Room was alright, very noisy though, even simple things like other doors opening and closing and people walking by chatting. Lots of road noise too, probably not too bad on higher floors. Pool was ok, very small and didn’t feel very clean."

"I hate all the extra fees that are added, including the parking fees. The room was kind of blah and no microwave which l which it had. Honestly wasn't that impressed, will search other facilities next time."

"Very disappointing experience! I paid $35 for hotel parking, expecting better security, but someone stole belongings from my car. Despite having cameras installed, the hotel didn’t even bother checking the footage. Staff showed no courtesy or concern and simply said they couldn’t help. Ironically, even a $5 parking lot has a security guard on duty, while this hotel has none. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Would not recommend!"

"Check in went smooth and front desk staff were very inviting and friendly. Room was very clean and beautiful. The spa was extremely nice as well!"

"Would have been nice to have complentary coffee other than drip coffee in the room. Breakfast was not included. There was no free parking"

"I booked a room with a view of the Falls, and that truly made my stay meaningful. I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view each day, and it was definitely the highlight of my experience. The room was spacious enough, and the beds were comfortable. The most disappointing part of my stay was the lack of proper room service. I was informed that housekeeping needed to be requested, which I understood. However, when I requested fresh towels and replacement trash bags, I was told they would be...

"I was surprised that I had to pay $20 each night for parking"
