Almost very good

The room was nice, bed was good. Bathroom is a bit outdated in style, but that‘s a first world problem. Front desk very helpful and friendly, Service in Restaurant was first good but became inexistent after 21h. All in all still a nice stay 😊

Bed was top notch. Breakfast sufficient. Pool and whirlpool well maintained. Sometimes i get the feeling that it stays a challenge for hotels to maintain the moisture in the pool areas, in terms of cleanliness and smell (either from chlorine or molds). Definitely not the case for this hotel.

This is a terrific location and everything was excellent but for one thing…I had asked before booking if there was access to gluten free meals (this was an important requirement for health reasons) and I was assured this would be no problem. However, the reality was that it really didn’t exist…you really had no meals to choose from. I feel that for a “wellness” place there would be actual meal plans available and placed on the menu.

A weekend away

This was our first time at the hotel as we were visiting the area due to a friends wedding. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and always very helpful, specially when we had an issue with the charging point for our car. They were able to fix it and did it always being so polite and friendly. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choice/options. The location is just fantastic, the fact we wake up to the sound of birds is added bonus. The only thing I found could be improved: gym facilities and coffee/tea set up in the room to include espresso machine etc.
