"The grounds were well kept. The employees were very helpful. Camilla was very helpful and was excellent to help In Getting dinner reservations, car rental, etc. Some recommendations I would make is the room was well kept but a little outdated. They should also have a microwave In the room. They close the pool at 7pm which I think is early and should be kept open later to enjoy."

"The room was big beautiful and spotless. It had everything we needed from dish soap and sponges to an entire clothes rack for our bathing suits, etc. the grounds were gorgeous, pool was perfect, location excellent. Beach is also beautiful. Service at passions was a bit slow but that is my only tiny complaint. Front desk people were a pleasure to speak with. We loved it!"

"Everything was perfect except the room. The room was not what we had paid for and the lights kept turning on and off automatically during the night causing sleep to be disrupted. The ceiling fan would also automatically turn on middle of the night, it was hard to sleep with those happening and then the bathroom and water had a sewage smell the whole time we were staying there."

"Was greeted by the owner Teska when I arrived. She has a very good energy and positive personality. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant. The room was super clean, AC ice cold and nice comfortable bed. They take care of every detail and it shows. The grounds are beautiful with the tropical trees and plants in the open space. The breakfast they make for you is top tier. The pancakes are amazing and the coffee is delicious. They have beach towels for you to use each day and the location is close to eagle beach and other attractions. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend. The value is great."
