Who rated this a 4-star hotel??? Awful Oran hotel - not as per advertised 1. No wifi in room AT ALL 2. Was given small room. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. Suddenly by magic, there’s a room! 3. I had to ask what time is breakfast, where etc. information had to be asked and not provided. 4. Lift was Useless! 5. Inside room, rubbish not thrown. There was a used diaper & water bottle in rubbish bin. 6. In bathroom, shampoo bottle left opened and soap from previous guest. Too gross! 7. Breakfast was pathetic Hotel should re-named NIGHTMARE hotel! Expedia & hotel fantazia are L1ars! Description is deceptive and a lie!! People in this hotel do not deserve to work at a hotel. They spoiled my trip! The worst Algerians i’ve met in this trip and i have met really nice ones! They ruin the reputation of Algeria!
