"First off, I'd like to commend the staff for their friendliness and attempts at working in a difficult situation. It is clear that the owner has moved on to other priorities and left the staff behind having to deal with old malfunctioning equipment. The shortcuts taken by the owner are evident everywhere. The parking lot is worse than the country roads in the surrounding area. The wi-fi is abhorrent. If you're hoping to work from your room, you'll be staring at a buffering wheel for long...

"The rooms were clean, but the mini fridge kept tripping breakers so it kept leaking all the time, and on the weekends the hotel was quite busy which isn't a problem but if you don't like kids knocking on you door till 2 in the morning I suggest a different hotel. All the staff could do was send a security guard up to do a round. This hotel would be great for a family stay but I wouldn't recommend for a business trip"

"Clean room. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. I'll be back. It was my 2nd stay at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites in a month -- two different locations but very consistent experience. I'll likely book with the chain again. I like the consistency and the price is reasonable for the quality of room and the level of service."

"The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly. The room was nice, however very dated, and the carpetwas worn and not really clean. My main complaint was that the room smelled of smoke. I called the front desk, as the smell was noticeable, but they didn't have any other rooms available. They offered to bring in a fan, but I didn't think that would do anything. I opened the window and the fresh air helped. I wasn't offered any compensation for the problem."

"We didn’t have a great experience. The aircon in our room sparked around 2 am, waking us terrified! The toiletries were almost empty. We had to move to another room and we appreciate that but we were not able to sleep because of what happened. This is our 2nd time here and might not come back anytime soon."

"Might have been a coincidence but there was a fire alarm and a lot of loud guests making disturbances through the entire night! We were just passing through and stayed less than 12hrs."

"Have stayed many times and have enjoyed it overall....this time however, we noticed an upswing in homeless people hanging around....and although I don't have any damning evidence, our vehicle was broken into and items stolen from it.....the perpetrator's we professionals....leaving only a muddy footprint inside the vehicle....not everything was stolen....basically some new clothing that we had purchased....and a brush out of the glove compartment......"
