"Very impressive hotel. Plenty of available parking and on arriving the staff at reception were helpful, friendly and ensured our check in was quick and easy. Lovely bar and restaurant where we ate as it was extremely well presented/decorated/furnished. My room was large and well appointed and like the rest of the hotel nicely furnished /decorated and it makes a pleasant change to a lot of hotel rooms to have both a large shower and large bath. Both our evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

"Keine Klimaanlage und keine Ventilatoren, obwohl uns bei der Buchung zugesichert wurde, dass jedes Zimmer mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet ist. Nach unserer Nachfrage vor Ort wurde uns gesagt, dass keine Ventilatoren mehr verfügbar seien obwohl an der Rezeption mehrere Ventilatoren sichtbar standen. In unserem Zimmer herrschten Temperaturen von über 40 Grad, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Wenn man das Fenster öffnete, kamen sofort unzählige Mücken ins Zimmer. "Just stayed room only and whilst there was no kettle or coffee facilities they are available if asked for. The room was nice, clean and had air-conditioning which was essential when we were there. "Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."
