"Rooms clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly and breakfast exceptional. The rooms are a bit small, pools not heated enough. The worst part is they seem to be lacking enough hot water for showers. Due to that most of our stay the showers were lukewarm at best. "

"The staff was delightful from start to finish. The room was small, but very clean and exactly what I needed. The amenities were perfect for my stay, and the price was very reasonable for the location. I had to come and go late at night several times, which was never an issue, and the hotel was completely quiet. I was on the 24th floor and had no problems with noise at all. The staff were also kind enough to hold my bags for a few extra hours after checkout since my train was later in the day, which I really appreciated. I will definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time I will have more time to enjoy the pool, gym, and restaurant."

"Very nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are nice, some may say small but fit us well. Bed was comfortable, shower was great and the lotions and soaps were amazing. A couple hiccups. When we checked in, we were told we had only held the room and were charged the room fee plus $150 security deposit. We had already paid the room so once brought to the front desk’s attention, they said if it was ok it was stay on and then fall off with the security deposit. Luckily that was an option and it did come off. Other negative are the room doors. You hear them closing every time while you’re in your room. It’s loud and you can hear the noise in the room. Also if your neighbours are loud, you will hear them. We could hear the ladies across the hall, and they were in and out quite a bit. So it was constant slamming for about an hour until we finished getting ready and left. "

"Very old and dated hotel for the price. Great location and close to everything downtown but the 30 year old carpet and bachelor size bathrooms need serious upgrading. "
