"Good locations, on 502 bus route with bus stop less than 5min walk. Hosts are not only friendly, also super helpful with our questions. Beautiful place, inside and out. Wish we stay longer , have an early morning to listen to the bird songs. "

We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. "Manha is consistently the best priced airport hotel. We left our car there for 3 weeks at $10/night and then booked one night at the end of our holiday to save having to drive after a big travel day. An easy $20 Uber from terminal. Check in straightforward. Gave us an extra hour to check out at no cost. Room good size. Bed comfy. Complimentary breakfast adequate without being inspiring. Be aware it is a budget hotel. Some of the furniture in the rooms a little knocked about and rear carpark...

"The entire staff is it extremely accommodating and polite and efficient. Special shout out to the folks that have all the baggage has that was done so nicely. I would recommend this hotel in central business district to anyone visit ting Auckland as it is convenient too many things and almost everywhere by Uber Inexpensively."

"One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby...

"Check-in around midnight was very easy, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room, however, felt a bit too dim—I’d suggest adding another lamp to improve the lighting. The design also seemed quite dated. On the positive side, the location was good staffs was helpful. "
