"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer we were really looking forward to a fun stay with a pool day only if the area was a little cleaner. Luckily our toddler enjoyed it! "

"Great pool and hot tub. Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. Convenient for early morning gymnastics meet at Field House. "

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and absolutely love it! Always accommodating, gracious and we are never disappointed. This was the first time we had the loft suites, and while there are some updates that need to be considered, we were very happy with the room and amenities...wish there was an elevator for our luggage; however, a maintenance man that guided us in the lobby, carried our heaviest luggage for us all the way to our room and would not take a tip!!! We had a great lunch in the restaurant as well. Thank you!"

"Didn't really get to spend much time in my room. But overall it was nice. I really like the garage parking. However, I think that the cost should be included in your room. Nevertheless. Nice staff, overall pretty clean."

"While the lobby, bar area, elevator, hallways, room, bathroom, bed, etc... were immaculately clean and attractive, the walls in the room seemed to be paper thin. I could hear talking and loud voiced next door to me, and the music in the hallways. To me, it doesn't matter how clean and pretty the hotel is if you can't get a good quiet nights sleep."
