Bathroom fixtures were cheap and poorly installed- faucets and handles weren’t secured well and sink ‘joystick’ handle wouldn’t turn off unless you messed with it. Long hairs on the floor in the bathroom that were NOT from us. Thermostat wouldn’t adjust at all and there was no way to turn on the fan to circulate air. Overall feel of the bathroom made the entire room feel very cheap and crappy. Bed was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were super friendly and polite and professional. Loved them. But for the price of the night’s stay, the quality was nowhere close. I would not book this hotel again.

The air conditioning is very quiet which is a plus. Breakfast options are limited, different from online menu. Line is super long during busy hours, due to not enough staffing. There is free coffee and fruits but both very poor quality.

It was easy to get to off the interstate. There was lots of snow and very cold, but the parking lots were cleared. It was cold in the lobby but it was -25 below windchill. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Hotel was nice and clean. Lobby was very nice and would be great for families or groups traveling together. Areas to gather inside and out. No free breakfast but they did offer coffee and water.

Hotel was out of rooms. We had to look elsewhere dor a room. Front desk persone was very kind but couldn’t help us. Please refund our reservation.
