"Propre et bien entretenu. Quelques détails dans les chambres nécessitant un petit rafraîchissement. Personnellement, je n’aime pas le tapis dans les chambres et la peinture peut nécessiter un petit attention. Les oreillers étaient beaucoup trop épaisses, et l’air conditionné un peu bruyante. Je pouvais l’entendre très bien à travers mes bouchons. À l’accueil, le personnel devrait mentionner verbalement le code pour sortir du stationnement au lieu de se fier à une mention sur une feuille 8 1/2 x 11. Si non, dans l’ensemble c’est un hôtel très bien pour un court passage!"

"got all i need, friendly front desk. good shower, water pressure is perfect felt like rain shower so I always end up a good mood sleeping at night. quiet and comfortable place to stay. free coffee in the lobby every morbest feature. TV worked well as I need to be updated with news everyday so I like this as well. best feature location... almost all tourist spots in Montreal are walking distance to.the hotel which saved me another of uber rides. I had great stay! thank you Yaz and Adamo!"

"Les gens à la réception ont fait de leurs mieux car très occupés. Un beau « bonjour » de la femme de chambre dans le corridor menant a la chambre. Toujours apprécié! Chambre confortable et propre, incluant la salle de bain. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le IGA ainsi que le Starbuck connecté a l’établissement. J’ai également bien aimé le stationnement intérieur connecté également. Un peu compliqué à comprendre le chemin pour se rendre à l'hôtel à partir du stationnement et ascenseur mais bon. Prix correct pour deux jours de semaine."

"I stayed at Villa Manor for a week with a friend. We thoroughly enjoyed being there. Things that were awesome: * The staff (at the reception desk, room service, and in the breakfast area) that was super welcoming, responsive, helpful and efficient. * The historic building, that was previously a Post Office, with interesting architecture and high ceilings. * The convenient location. We just had to walk some 15 minutes along rue Préfontaine to get to the subway. The Manoir was in walking proximity to rue Ontario where there were coffee shops, bakeries, pizza places and small restaurants. Things that were great: * The room was clean, very comfortable, and the shower was reliable hot and strong. * Breakfast was included (coffee, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, pastries) in the basement. There was also a coffee machine and cookies in the lobby. * In the evening, if we did not want to stay in the room, we could go to the breakfast area where there are comfortable couches and assorted books and magazines. Things that could be better: * The A/C cannot be regulated, so our room was initially very cold. The staff immediately responded and "closed" one of the vents in the room and that worked great. * It would be nice to have boiled eggs or yogurt at the breakfast table (I think there was yogurt but it was always gone by the time we went downstairs) Overall a very pleasant stay. We definitely will book again if we come to Montreal. And a huge THANK YOU to the staff."
