Modernised hotel in a great location in the centre of town, a five minute walk from the station (access to the slopes), and short bus ride to the ski gondolas. I was mostly out and about so did not use the wider facilities, including pool. The bedroom was large and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to park outside, but that was a stroke of luck at a busy period. Would stay again.

Spacious family room and convenient location, as it is also part of Villars Palace, it’s more famous sibling. It’s modern and elegant without calling too much attention to itself. If returning to this area, I would definitively consider here again, and in the same room.

We stayed for just one night in a standard room for two (without a balcony), and we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings — much more than we expected. The décor was simple and minimalistic, and although there was no mini bar, it didn’t take away from our comfort at all. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities were another highlight — the swimming pool was a good size, and the sauna was a great way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. Given the very competitive price, the high standard of the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was only a short stay this time, but we’re already planning to come back for a longer visit to explore this beautiful region — and we’ll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for both couples and families!

I was very pleasantly surprised. The room is extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a must ! Indoor Parking is available on site. But must be reserved. A little expensive if you ask me 40chf per night.

We checked in to a room that had no sound proof for all, you can hear everything, including breathing. I have 2 young kids, couldn’t sleep because next door were screaming and having sex for over 1.5 hurs and I complained 3 times, finally front desk did something. Of course everyone in the room can do whatever they like but we shouldn’t able to hear them all, especially for my 10am 12years old kids. Next morning I asked the hotel to do something about it, no one really cared. I asked again in the evening, finally we had a new room. For the 7 nights stay, our room was cleaned 3 times with no shower cup, vanity units either body lotions. I complained, but no one did anything about it. The worse hotel ever, I don’t believe the hotel cares about any of the feedback.

La belle chambre 138 que l’on m’a donnée après la 234 - porte communicante avec 233 pas isolée, enfants et adultes hurlant etc. - a été magnifique. Votre prix meilleur que ce que j’ai payé pour les 3 nuits supplémentaires ! Pratique l’arrêt du bus proche. Dommage que la piscine n’ouvre qu’à 09h: clash avec sport et petit déjeuner !
