Quarto bom equipe ótima,v comida gostosa e no preço acessível, hotel grande com bastante atrás pra diversão adulto e infantil o lugar não fica próximo ao centro por isso é bem tranquilo recomendo pra todos, porém pode melhorar na tv que só serve de enfeite éa internet que sempre cai.

Ambiente muito limpo, atendimento excelente, todos os funcionários, sem exceção são muito atenciosos e muito educados. Café da manhã e demais refeições de extrema qualidade. Sem contar que o ambiente é muito familiar e você se sente em casa. Piscina sempre limpa e climatizada, quem busca sossego eh o lugar ideal. Voltaria sem pensar duas vezes.

Experiencia razoavel. O cafe da manha era razoavel, mas nao tinha suco natural de fruta, era artificial, e no cafe da manha nao faziam um omelete se solicitado. Nao disponibilizava agua de filtro para uso no hotel, sendo necessario comprar agua.Mas tinha uma musica ao vivo no fim da tarde, muito agradavel e equipe de distracao para crianca muito bom.

É nossa 3° vez em Olímpia e finalmente encontramos um hotel para ser a nossa escolha para as próximas vezes. Não gostamos do estilo desses hotéis mais procurados tipo resorts colados nos parques, sempre preferimos um local mais afastado, tranquilo e com menos pessoas. Se você procura tranquilidade, ótimo atendimento e ambiente acolhedor, o Hotel Pousada Villa Itália com certeza vai te agradar! Tivemos uma excelente experiência e pra nós, os destaques são a simpatia no atendimento e a limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns. Simplesmente impecável! Piscina super gostosa, onde pudemos pedir petiscos que estavam uma delícia!!!! Agradecemos em especial as atendentes Neusa e Marta Caroline e a Maraísa que nos atendeu no café-da-manhã. A estadia foi ótima! O lugar é muito bem estruturado com boas piscinas, quadra de areia para vôlei ou beach tênis, mesa de ping pong, redes de descanso, mesa de jogos. Também tem um restaurante com opções de comida e bebidas. O café da manhã é ok! Observação: o lugar em si merece nota 5, porém tem uma mini fazendinha e um dos animais sujou nossa varanda e só depois de muito tempo de pedirmos foi que limparam, mas eu recomendo e voltaremos.
