"The hotel grounds were good, breakfast was plentiful even though repetitive day by day. They had nightly entertainment, some good, some not. The on site Flor de Sal was very good, the service there was excellent. My biggest complaint was the unfriendliness of the reception and staff everywhere. No one smiles or greets you when you walk by. I felt there was a general unfriendly vibe from the staff everywhere. They don't seem happy or pretend to be happy for the clients!! My room was fine, pillows...
"Very quiet and well kept; the beach is a few steps away although I would not recommend for someone that struggles with walking or climbing. Breakfast is amazing and they also include free pods for cleaning dishes and laundry. Overall an amazing experience"
"Lovely apartment really spacious and the staff are lovely especially Paula at reception
Spotless clean
Pool area could do with a slight up grade but other than that lovely place"
"There was a huge ant infestation in the living room and some ants were found in one of the bedrooms and the water was leaking behind the sink. Horrible experience. They wouldn’t give us a different room when requested. And they are not responding to us regarding a refund."
"Niente di che… Hotel stantio. Colazione non all’altezza del 4 stelle e per altro in un seminterrato . Comodo per Playa de Falésia ma assolutamente privo di vista e atmosfera. Non mi è piaciuto"
"This is a stunning resort that is relaxing and luxurious. The staff are friendly and the setting is amazing. The only downside is that they do not heat the swimming pools outside making them essentially unusable. The walk down to the beach with the elevator down, followed by elevated wooden walkway is incredible. Enjoying sunset at the champagne bar is unforgettable. The rooms are comfortable and full of charm. Wonderful experience!"
"Good place to stay: a lot of pools and beach is nearby. The property has microwave and oven, so we could cook for kids. The place is beautiful, great place to stay with kids - many pools just for kids."
