"It was ok. Rooms were nice enough. Over night was not great we didn’t sleep. AC was so loud every time it came on we jumped and startled awake. Ended up turning it off and sweating as it was very hot and humid outside. Also lots of loud people outside late at night. Had only one coffee pouch and creamer package in the room. Liked the parking near our room. Although my 6 year old son gives it a 10/10 lol as he slept through everything and enjoyed the dried out bagel and yogurt that he had...

"Expedia had this hotel listed under Windsor, CA and so we booked it thinking that it was in California. Approximately 20 minutes after booking the hotel and realizing that it was in Canada we contacted Expedia to cancel the reservation. The hotel denied the request and charged us the full hotel price and we never even checked in. Ridiculous and terrible customer service."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was fine. Breakfast was the usual fair of breakfast cereals, bagels, toast, and muffins.....they have hot items from a waffle maker, and a small tray of eggs and sausage.....small supply, so you have to camp out in the area and grab some while you can, as the other guests dive bomb the supply to overflow their plates to snag it all for themselves. 24/7 coffee and tea machine was nice. The Only issue was the room air-conditioner kept shutting off...
