"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!"

"Staff were excellent"

"We had emailed the hotel three times before our arrival to book a table in the restaurant and received no reply. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and that we could eat in the bar until 9pm. "Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50"

"Excellent room with air conditioning which was a boon. Facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was good and parking on the premises. Would stay there again."

"È stato bellissimo!sembrava di essere in una favola!!"

"Great place lovely staff"

"The complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. Dinner was superb"

"Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was fine. Location was good. Unfortunately there was an awful damp smell from the bathroom that permeated the whole bedroom. I was only there for a night so i didn't complain, but it's in need of some maintenance."

"Homely feel and helpful, friendly host. He was extremely accommodating. The breakfast provided was a lovely bonus. It’s in a great location, central but in a quiet street."

"Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep."

"We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again."

"Always great easy walking to town centre. Local amenities. Stayed here a few times now. Only comment restaurant not open on a Monday evening and most local eateries are closed"

"Great location very helpful and friendly staff great for a weekend break. Great dinner option and good very good quality freshly cooked."
