"My daughter and her carer went to Melbourne to see the ballet. They again stayed at Citadines which refers to, “a posh hotel”. The staff have always made her feel important and the rooms, well she loves them, she gets her own bedroom. Citadines on Bourke is in a great location to shows, theatre, restaurants and transport. Reasonably priced and superb facilities."

"Everything was great, except the pillows. My wife and I both slept directly on the mattress, they were just so lumpy. All hotels should just buy latex. The best!! Received an upgrade (really only to have a very small balcony, which was about a metre wide. Also got late check out because it was my birthday). They would have got a 10 out of 10 were it not for the pillows. We would stay again and take our own. 😊"

"This is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Every aspect of the hotel was designed for comfort and efficiency. The food was good especially the breakfast however the oysters in the Restaurant were overpriced for the tiny morsels we received"
