"Check-in was easy, had a free parking lot, the room was spacious, comfortable bed, but oldn tacky greenish wall paper."

"BEWARE OF BEDBUGS, DO NOT STAY HERE!! We stayed here for 3 nights. On the final day, I spotted two adult bedbugs crawling on the bed and woke up with terrible, itchy bites along my ankles, legs, neck, and wrists. :( The receptionist moved us to a new room (which also had old bedbug shells under the covers) but refused to issue a refund in person, forcing us to file an email complaint. After 4 days of silence, customer service emailed us refusing a full refund, claiming only one night was...

"Extremely hot very small and the room was dirty. There were stains from it look like some type of beverage all over the wall. There was stains in my bed and I was faced out to Banbury Road and it was impossible to get sleep. The only saving or redeeming factor was the Staff was absolutely wonderful."

"We had an okay stay at the Remont Oxford. There is ample free parking and the staff are friendly. The free breakfast is quite good with lots of hot and cold options available. The room, however, was dated and not particularly clean. The shower had black mould and the toilet and bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly, the shower was also quite tight. The bedsheets were also past their best and the mattress was uncomfortable. The location of the property is great. We spent a day in Oxford...

"Not great"

"We had to move rooms initially as the wall heater had been left on and it was uncomfortably hot, plus there was a really bad smell (although the room looked cean). Hotel staff helpful and assigned new room without any fuss. Main negative is that half the hotel does not appear to have a lift so we had to haul suitcases up and down stairs. The second room was accessible by lift so much easier. Following that hiccup......rest of stay was very pleasant. Room comfortable and clean. Nice shower...

"Zeer goed hotel op een ideale plek in het centrum, alles op loopafstand. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet."

"The staff and breakfast were amazing. Really cool hotel!"

"Good breakfast, good sized room and helpful staff"

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing and within walking distance to everything- shops, restaurants and sights. Great service from the staff! They leave hot chocolate, sparkling/ still water and cookies in the room and replace each day if they are taken/used. We arrived by coach bus and it was a 5 min walk from Gloucester Green bus station. Highly recommend!"

"Great location and very helpful staff. The hotel locates at the heart of Oxford. We can park the car at the hotel (not free) and start walking around Oxford. Parking lot is enough for all customer. "

"L’hôtel The Score est un bel hôtel et très bien situé en plein centre de Oxford. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable, le seul bémol c’est les horaires du Spa. Le Spa ferme à 18h et il faut réserver un créneau d’1h à l’avance, le créneau de 17h -18h est toujours réservé , c’est 4 personnes maximum. Avant 17h c’est beaucoup trop tôt, les gens visitent ou travaillent, c’est assez curieux que ça ferme si tôt pour un hôtel 5 étoiles."

"Great breakfast, clean room. Bathrooms and rooms are quite small."
