"This was the most disappointing hotel/resort experience I've ever had. The first issue was that our room was two twin beds, despite booking a queen bed. The next disappointment was the food. Most of the menu was unavailable. After trying to order a few different seafood dishes that they did not have the ingredients for, we settled on two expensive "cheeseburgers" which consisted of old, stale bread, a piece of spam, and a square of processed cheese.
