We had 2 rooms and one of the bath tubs didn't look like it was cleaned all the way. A couple complaints are that most of the lights in one room were missing the light bulbs and the ice machine wasn't working. "

"The beds were very comfortable, the room clean, and the bathroom amenities were a cut above what you would expect at a chain hotel. When we asked to be moved to a room away from housekeeping on the first floor, the woman who checked us in took the time to search on the computer and find us one. I appreciated that service, as she did it willingly and quickly got us settled as a result."
