"The first day we were there a water line busted on the 2nd floor & leaked to the first floor , so they had to close off the first & second floor. The pool was closed & the next morning there was No breakfast . The next day there was breakfast but the pool was closed. Thanks to William he let us use the pool at night which really helped my husband's back. The bed was comfy and all in all it was a good stay. Especially thanks to William. "

"My husband and I travel quite a bit. We needed a hotel in OKC for one night so we chose this hotel because of the location and price. First, the front desk staff was very helpful...She even told me they "upgraded" us to a junior suite for free. When we entered our room the bedding was all on the chair and no sheets were in the bed so we contacted the AI bot front desk system they use to tell them and went out for an hour and came back and the bed was still not made. We then called to actually talk to a front desk human rep and they said they would send someone up. We then left for another hour and came back... nothing. My husband went to the front desk and talked to someone. She then got someone to get us sheets and bedding. When we woke up in the morning to shower there were no towels. I honestly think someone just forgot to finishing cleaning out room. We aren't too picky but those little things made it a less than desirable night at Wyndham. I would still give them another try if you're looking for something inexpensive and with a great location downtown. Basically- great prices , friendly staff, outdated quite a bit, great location."

"There was stains on the toilet paper, almost like someone spilt something and the roll soaked it up (clearly not replaced during cleaning). The beds smelled like cat pee."

"First, let me say that the young man at the front desk was amazing. He was very quick to correct what was in control. Room 116-no towels, no cups, no ice bucket, but that was of no consequence since the ice machine was not working, TV not working, no blanket, just a single sheet, hair dryer did not work, no clock, NO PHONE! Since I discovered most of these issues after I was in my pajamas, I did not make my way to the front desk. Outside of my room-the ice machine and vending machine looked like they would have been at home at the Bates Motel. The pool was empty and very much in need of repair. No breakfast, as advertised Signage almost nonexistent, especially after dark. Just a very dreadful vibe. Expedia should seriously consider dropping this place from their listing."
