The police were in the parking lot talking to an out of control woman. It was cleanish. The bathroom fan did not work. It was run down. There was a dog barking in the room next to us.

Didnt try breakfast, we always go to pickles for breakfast. Stayed here because we wanted to stay close to the OU stadium for the football game. Wasnt absolutely terrible but not exactly nice either, beds where comfortable and it was enough for just the night before heading back home. I dont like the fact that there was a door for the room next inside the room, you can hear the tv and people in the room next to you. All in all it served its purpose to have 4 walls and a bed and close to the OU stadium, otherwise yoid be fight very heavy traffic from oklahoma city on game day

Perfect for what we needed- which was a place to rest for the night. Close to everything- the gas station, restaurants ect Breakfast could have had more choices, but since we are not picky, it satisfied us.

The hotel was fine for what I was looking for and the price. Everything was clean and felt safe. If you're expecting a breakfast, you will be disappointed. However, overall, the hotel was okay! I would stay again if passing through.

There are better options

The front desk person was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to find a solution to our concerns. That said, this place has seen better days. It sure doesn't look like the photos online and the folks hanging around seemed like they had also seen better days. We are generally not fussy about the motel vibe, but this location was not somewhere we could see ourselves staying for the five nights we booked and we ended up cancelling our stay. Sorry for the bad review, Travelodge Norman, but it's probably time for a little refresh.

Overall a good spot to stay.

The room had some minor issues, sink faucet worked but is broken. Shower curtain rod is broken but still did it’s job. Continuous gnat problem. The mattress cover was dirty but the sheets and such were clean. Blanket had old cigarette burns. Honestly, it was a decent stay. Large room, comfortable bed, quiet considering it’s location, clean, great TV channel selection.

Loved the location every time we come to Norman this is where we stay but after the week of the 4 th we will not be going back., there was a man sleep walking at night banging on doors. Every time we tried to use the microwave it would turn every thing off the tv the fridge. I’m just not Going back

Was looking forward to the pool for the kids - closed... okay that happens. Breakfast, in the lobby was a single banana-- two bran type cereals -- and 4 packaged honey buns. Rooms were fine. I got non smoking, still smelled like a smoker was there. A cigarette butt right by our door.. lots of walkers all over. Just not impressed for the price. Feels more of like 50-69 max... I could've done a lot better for the price we paid. Not impressed

Hotels.com Should have Warned About Deposit

We've stayed at this location many times over the years and never had an issue. I got a great deal on Hotels.com which included prepaying for the room. Upon check in, we were hit with an unexpected $60 deposit that had to be paid in full. Then at check out, the desk clerk had to come inspect our room before issuing a refund of the deposit. This property accepts pets, so the deposit was reasonable, our problem was that we weren't expecting it but had prepaid so we had no choice but to accept it. I blame Hotels.com for this. The deposit should have been mentioned on the website. We will not return to this location as the surly staff left a bad taste. Pity, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was ok. The shower barely worked, low water pressure. The walls were paper thin, I could hear my neighbors on both sides plus upstairs. I would never stay at this location again.
