Always a pleasure staying at The District! Their kindness and hospitality is top tier everytime. I can't say enough good things about The District, they have 3 bars on site an adult store and it's literally in the heart of the 39th St. District. The staff is wonderful and the rooms and pools are great! Yeah you heard me right, Pools plural. Love The District Hotel.
Staff was very willing and informing.
Lot of parking just not always close to your room.
Use condoms around the room any see it if you move the furniture a little.
Room don’t have enough plugs at all. Don’t have a refrigerator or a microwave.
Air and heater work very well.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was spacious and clean. We had a suite and it had a nice kitchenette and sitting area which I highly recommend. We were very disappointed in the maintenance of the pools. The water was very cloudy and the ladders very rickety and unsafe. We had fun and the vibe was good.
Parking wasn't a problem and AC worked well. It kept room comfortable.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The property has ongoing renovation. Our first room had an awful smell and very poor air conditioning.. the front desk was very friendly and moved us to another room with great AC but still a little funk.
It's a great place to stay one night if you're going to be doing the clubs. We didn't use the pool but it was quite crowded and the same people were having a good time.
The staff across the board was great
Staff is so kind and helpful. We stayed in the design room, it was clean and well maintained. Theres security on the premises at night. Be sure to request a quiet room if you don’t like music till early in the morning
It was a busy night but found parking easy. The location is great to spend time at the bars and clubs. No drinking and driving - just walking back to your hotel. The staff very friendly and happy to assist. Location, Location, Location...
Stayed here from Wednesday to Monday and had a really good time overall. The atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and very LGBTQ+ friendly. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the nightlife and stay close to everything without constantly needing to drive around.
The pools and social vibe were definitely highlights for me, and the staff was always friendly during my stay. My room itself was not very modern, but I know they are actively updating the property. I actually saw some of the renovated rooms and they looked great — much more modern and refreshed.
This place has personality and feels more relaxed and authentic than a typical chain hotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting OKC.
Could see people's FEET walking past our room. Requested quiet room AWAY from pool. GAVE US POOL ROOM IMMEDIATELY.
Needed to be nearby and it was OBVIOUS WE WERE BEING DISCRIMINATED against being only travel oriented.
HATES Mainstream Customers IMMENSELY!!!!!!!!
Staff was stellar, general vibe and ambiance were very fun. They had events and a bar too (which of course comes with some noise)! Standard motel style place, but my room was freshly renovated so it looked really nice and fresh inside.
