The automatic door at the entrance was off track and was open. We checked in late and the young lady at the check-in counter was very friendly and provided us waters and a snack that was very nice and unexpected. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, however the blow dryer was not as it was super sticky. I cleaned it as best I could but had to hold it with a wash cloth in order to use it.

The hotel room was clean and overall the room itself was nice. I was disappointed with the check in process. We tried to check in at 2 and was told we had to wait until 3. Along with other guests. There was only one person working the front desk and the line quickly became 10 people deep. it took almost 30 minute's just to get through the check in process. I understand rooms may not always be ready but to make everyone wait until 3:00 with only one person handling check-ins didn't make much sense and made arrival frustrating.

Front area was clean staff is very helpful and professional. Hard to find how to even access the fenced in messy pool area. Breakfast was okay. No bacon, tater tots were not done. Gravy was delicious Bed was too hard. Nice pillows. Several restaurants to walk to. Barnes and Noble walkable. Casa Blanca not good. Red Robin Burger place is good . I wonder how the rib place next door is Price total $86
