I liked we were so close to the Criterion. We were able to park overnight in valet parking and walk to the concert. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice.

The Hyatt was perfect for our concert and museum visits. We walked to dinner then on to Paycom and the concert. Walking was easy and we felt safe. The staff took great care of us!

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. However, the price was too high for this hotel. The toilet was constantly running, and the bathroom had mold, which was disappointing and not what I expected at this price point.

Great, quieter location but still close to everything! Walking distance to paycom and great eatrys and clubs. Only thing I was a little bummed about was the too soft pillows but that is a preference kind of thing.
