"The hotel was terrible. We were supposed to stay seven nights. We only lasted 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned despite our requests. It was 27.5 degrees in the room while it was 25 degrees outside. Impossible to air out the room. On top of that, this hotel had the bright idea of placing our room next to a noisy road, even though we were staying 7 nights and were entitled to a quieter room with the possibility of airing it out. "Everything was first class, from the check in at reception, to the splendid room. To the Bar and restaurant and then the ease of parking and check out!! Clean, tidy and efficient and at a great location for access to local shops and easy access in and out to the A38 Plymouth Parkway!! Will definitely be staying there again!! They could however improve the beds. They need replacing with more modern ones like other hotels already have done."

The hotel is within walking distance of the central shopping area, theatres, hoe and waterfront.Has a pool,gym and brasserie. Looking forward to my next visit."
