"We had no idea that our room was basically a repurposed retirement home with a temporary divider wall between our unit and the neighbouring unit... linoleum floors, no way to securely lock your belongings, very bright overhead lighting, and hearing every word that the other guests had to say made for an awkward experience... Not worth the hotel room rates... Sorry!"

"From the moment we walked up to the front door the staff was warm and welcoming for us and our dog. Room was fantastic with an excellent view of the lake and mountains. Definitely will return and recommend to friends and family "

"It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. "

"From the very start, I had a good feeling about this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me warmly at check-in and on my 2 other days there. Although they were still learning and adjusting to a new system, they were kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It may not have been quite as soft as I personally prefer, but I still slept well all three nights of my stay. I also appreciated having a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge...

"Everything was great. Its an older motel so outdated rooms, ours was a bit newer. But overall great. When theres a deal id definitely jump on it. You're right across the street from the beach, which is nice! And a few resteraunts near by."

"Personal nicht vorhanden. Alles nur per Mail abgelaufen ist befremdlich. Dunkles kleines Zimmerchen, für uns nicht passend. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach 1 Nacht verlassen (2 gebucht) obwohl wir es frühzeitig gesagt haben, bekamen wir keine Rückerstattung."

"Great location! Room had been renovated but several items were dated. Pretty clean and we definitely felt safe and secure at the place. It’s about what we had expected although the a/c was very loud and kept kicking out. Otherwise a good night stay in a beautiful spot with a low star rating."
