"Staff was pleasant, food was good, room was nice, no complaints "

"Paid for a lakeview room and could only see a corner of the marina and mostly the city. The desk and tv covered most of the window. Was pretty disappointing. They also charged me $250 for incidentals with $100 being the pet fee for my 5lb dog. At check in, she told me come back in the morning to receive my $150 back, should the room check be fine. I only got $99 back because of taxes and their charge for parking overnight. The staff was friendly but the lack of communication was disappointing. Parking was also extremely difficult to find in their parkade and quite a trek in and out of buildings, stairs and elevators to actually get to our room. The pool area was nice but had no lights so it was very dark, making supervising my child difficult. Facility was clean and the room was clean and well taken care of. Restaurant staff was great but crazy overpriced. Spa was *extremely* overpriced for services I could have done myself at home. The workers were friendly but seemed to rush and not want to be there."

"Room and staff were fine, clean room and pleasant staff. The traffic noice is too be expected, but the air conditioner/heater unit was AWFUL!! So loud and when you already thought it was super loud it went up a notch."
