"This is the second times I stayed in this location , first time everything was as good as it should be , but second time was different, when I walked in to the reception, the male employee was stone cold without saying a word, and passed me to another reception whom was friendly and helpful, second time asked the same male employee what time does the restaurant open for breakfast, he answered 6:30 ! And that was it , and I thought that’s just the way he deals with hotel guests, but when he speak with other guests, it was filled with friendliness, helpful and answer their questions in full sentences, I can’t prove it , but I think he doesn’t like Asian …."

"Nice peekaboo views of the ocean. The patios are small but good for drying out wet clothes. The kitchen had all we needed. The patio doors need repair. There’s a nice little walkway along the bay. Check out Oliver’s restaurant for patio dining. The Wessex staff are really fantastic."

"We didn’t properly ‘empty’ the safe and left our passports which I didn’t realize for 2 days. Sofia and Jayne were extremely helpful in retrieving them and organizing a courier service to get them to us at our next destination. Above and beyond helpful."

"We had a fantastic time here. Shared dock was a perfect place to hang in between exploring and walking distance to a few nice places to eat, aswell as the tube rental place. Room was very clean, had everything we needed, air conditioning kept us cool on the hot day. the little room for the kiddos is a great touch too, you and your family will love it here, we will be back. one minor inconvenience is the parking isnt ideal but its not to bad, not bad enough to deter us from coming back"
