The apartment was clean and very roomy. The rooms are large and comfortable. Honestly a great location and fantastic place. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the following:
- Be aware they only provide one roll of toilet paper for your stay, no matter the length or number of people who are staying.
- There are also no broom or vacuum available in the property, so you can't really clean if you stay a little while.
- There was no oil or salt and pepper to do any cooking. It'd be really handy to have.

Pro:This hotel is very convenient as it's right at the JR station exit 5.
Con: It has very strong cemenet smells in the hallway. The breakfast was not very impressive as it has the same meals for the two days we stayed.
No swimming pool or onsen facility.
